Rohit Shetty is the son of well know Indian action choreographer – Muddu Babu Shetty aka Shetty. Born and brought up in Mumbai, Rohit Shetty was born on 14^th March 1974 and started work at the age of 16.

Today, Rohit Shetty is one of the most famous directors and producers in the Bollywood industry. He delivered some of the best Indian movies like the Golmaal series, Bol Bachchan, Chennai Express, Singham series, and many more.

Well, from flying cars to blowing Scorpios, Rohit Shetty loves to cast car models in his movies. Not just that, he is obsessed with Police forces and made blockbuster movies with off-course car stunts. Apart from movies, Rohit Shetty also hosts a reality show – Khatro Ke Khiladi which perfectly suits the personality of the action director. Lamborghini Urus

The first car in Rohit Shetty’s collection is an Italian beast. Mr Director purchased this powerful SUV from Lamborghini Mumbai on November 5^th, 2019. The dealership captioned – An extraordinary car of an extraordinary personality. Well, Shetty is not alone in the list, Ranveer Singh & Kartik Aaryan also own a Urus.

This looks perfect to my eyes. I mean the imposing design and versatile performance of the Urus truly reflects the personality of India’s most successful filmmaker – Mr Rohit Shetty.

The Lamborghini Urus is the first Super Sport Utility Vehicle in India. It comes powered by a powerful 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine which makes 750 hp and 850 Nm of peak torque.

In terms of performance, this Lamborghini is pretty capable to accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in 3.6 seconds and goes up to 350 kmph. Not just top speed, Urus can stop from 100 kmph to 0 under 33.7 m which is pretty impressive seeing the size of the SUV. The manufacturer offers all kinds and customization with a wide range of accessories.

Pricing also justifies the performance and luxury, Rohit Shetty Lamborghini Urus cost* him around Rs. 3 crores.

Ford Mustang GT

After Italian SUV now moving to American muscle – Ford Mustang. Rohit Shetty bought India’s 1^st customised Mustang GT on November 3^rd, 2016. It was customised by Daljit Mehta, a DAD (Da Design India).

I must say, Rohit’s customised Mustang is made to grab attention. This purple matter wrapped Mustang is one of the clean and best-modified cars on Indian roads. It got a widebody kit with sidescoops and engine hood scoop too, probably it’s for looks only. Moreover, it comes fitted with an RTR grille with integrated DRLs, revised 20-inch grey coloured alloy wheels with low profile tires and a Borla exhaust system.

Talking about the exhaust system, Rohit Shetty’s Mustang is crazy loud. Mechanically, DAD hasn’t touched anything here. It still comes powered by a 5.0-litre V8 petrol engine that produces 435 hp of power and 542 Nm of peak torque. This enormous raw power is sent to the rear set of wheels through a 6-speed SelectShift automatic transmission, making it accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in just under 4.5 seconds with a top speed of up to 250 kmph.

Rohit Shetty didn’t say about the total modification cost after purchasing Mustang, but I guess it should be between 80-90 lakhs.

Range Rover Sport

You can’t complete any celebrity car list without discussing a Range Rover. Well, another beast in Rohit Shetty cars is a blue coloured Range Rover Sport with red inserts. The director or entrepreneur is keen on sports SUVs and has seen driving several times on Mumbai’s road. Recently, he drove to YouTuber Ashish Chanchlani’s house at Ulhasnagar to Promote the Sooryavanshi movie.

Similar to Ford Mustang, Rohit Shetty got a special customised Rover Sport by Land Rover Special Vehicle Division. Except for a high-performance 5.0-litre, supercharged V8 petrol engine, Shetty’s Rover comes with interiors and exterior packages. In terms of performance, this Range Rover bring out 423 Kw power within 6000-6500 rpm and 700 Nm of peak torque from 3500 rpm, making it reach up to 283 km/h.

BMW 7 Series

Bollywood is full of luxurious cars and BMW 7 series is one of them. Rohit Shetty bought a white BMW 7 series to experience the essence of luxury on wheels. It is a 6-cylinder Twin-Turbo engine machine mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. In terms of performance, this luxury car can go from a standstill to 100 kmph in 5.6 seconds. Rohit Shetty has paid around Rs. 2.4 crores for this limousine.

Maserati GranTurismo Sport

Maserati is the next ultimate beast in Rohit Shetty cars. The action-packed director bought the 2-door GranTurismo Sport in January 2018. As per the report, he paid about Rs. 2 crores.

In terms of performance, Maserati comes coupled with a naturally aspirated V7 engine that generates 460 bhp, making this sports car accelerate from 0-100 kmph in 4.8 seconds.

Here, Rohit Shetty didn’t control himself and added a few customizations by Maserati. I must say, Rohit Shetty is crazy about performance cars especially mods.
